Fee Guide

NHS Treatment and Charges

Some NHS patients are entitled to either full or partial exemption from charges. Please ask if you think you may qualify. If you are not exempt from charges, the amount you pay will depend on the treatment you need to keep your mouth, gums and teeth healthy. You will only ever have to pay one charge for each complete course of treatment, even if you need more than one appointment. These charges are:

Band 1: £22.70
This covers an examination, diagnosis (e.g. x-rays), advice on how to prevent future problems, a scale and polish if required, and application of fluoride varnish or fissure sealant. If you require urgent care, even if this treatment needs more than one appointment to complete, you will only need to pay one Band 1 charge.

Band 2: £62.10
This covers everything listed in Band 1, plus any additional treatment such as fillings, root canal treatment or extractions.

Band 3: £269.30
This covers everything listed in Bands 1 and 2 above, plus crowns, dentures and bridges
NHS dental charges from 1 April 2017

Patient Testimonials

Always excellent service and the staff are nice and friendly.

My last visit was to see the hygienist and she was lovely.

What can I say, going here makes a trip to the dentist a rather pleasant experience!
