Terms & Conditions

A £70 new patient consultation fee applies prior to joining the Practice Plan.
Membership can be paid via monthly Direct Debit. An initial administration fee of £9.50 will be collected with your first payment only. Excludes the children’s plan.
Benefits from the membership plan can be redeemed after six months of regular payments
It is the patient’s responsibility to attend routine six-monthly check-ups and hygiene appointments to maintain the benefits of the plan.
Membership fees are non-redeemable against the cost of dental treatments.
Membership fees are non-refundable in the event of missed or unattended appointments.
Extended hygiene appointment to include implant cleaning and maintenance.

Documentation relating to our Privacy Notice and the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme, including assistance levels, limitations and exclusions is available to view online at https://scheme.wdeas.co.uk/patients

The provision of routine examination is subject to receipt of the required consecutive monthly payments. Discounts only apply to treatments carried out at the practice, exclusions apply.
